Office Coordinator

EasyMarkit is growing and we’re looking for an Office Coordinator to support our rapidly growing office. You will be the friendly face of the office while keeping things running seamlessly in the background. We are looking for someone who shares our values, is passionate about what we do, and is not only willing to, but excited to roll up their sleeves and help out in all aspects of the business. What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to person for all things EasyMarkit HQ
  • Keep the office space looking great and running smoothly through daily organizing and tidying, as well as coordinating trades-persons and cleaners
  • Keep the office stocked with office supplies, snacks and beverages
  • Work with the founders to help coordinate new office renovations and changes to our floorplan and space
  • Work closely with the People and Culture Team to plan and execute company-wide events
  • Coordinate with other departments to arrange events, plan dinners, coordinate transportation, and schedule meetings with department leads
  • Attending confidential meetings and taking detailed minutes, as well as summarizing and prioritizing actionable items to follow up on
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, submit expense reports

Who You Are

  • You are a charismatic, detail-oriented professional with experience working in an office environment, preferably in an administrative capacity
  • You have a get ‘er done attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on responsibilities outside of the everyday
  • You demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create strong relationships with everyone in the office
  • You have the demonstrated ability to effectively use computer systems and grasp new software quickly
  • You are able to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment, with multiple stakeholders
