Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join our growing team! This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fun startup-type environment.

You will be a part of our Customer Enablement team, which is responsible for on-boarding, training, and proactively driving value to ensure a successful client experience. You will work closely with, and report to, the Enablement Team, Team Lead to develop and execute effective and efficient on-boarding strategies for driving customer adoption and usage of EasyMarkit.

This is a full-time position in our Chinatown, Vancouver HQ, walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and public transit. On-site bicycle parking, and a one zone TransLink Compass pass are provided as an added benefit!

What You’ll Do

  • Provide superior service and phone-based education and on-boarding for existing EasyMarkit Customers
  • Engage all new customers to drive user adoption and satisfaction, ensuring high customer retention
  • Conduct strategy and training sessions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition into adopting our product as quickly and effectively as possible
  • Work with customers to deliver an exceptional on-boarding experience, realize the full value of EasyMarkit and ensure that they achieve success in their business goals
  • Inspire clients to think strategically about how our platform can support their business needs
  • Understand the customer organization and how our product and services can support them
  • Educate and support customers on best practices, and the use and benefit of our products and services
  • Proactively reach out at key points in the customer’s journey to ensure they are reaching key milestones
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk

Who You Are

  • You have proven success in on-boarding new clients in a SaaS environment, while building strong relationships
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience
  • You are an excellent communicator - both written and verbal
  • Post-secondary education an asset but not required
  • You have a proven track record of client training and moving customers to self-sufficiency
  • You have excellent analytical, problem solving, and coordinating skills
  • You have the ability to manage several concurrent tasks and switch your priorities on the fly
