We're looking for a new Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team! This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fun startup environment. You will be a part of our Customer Experience team, where you will be working with talented customer success managers and account representatives to provide outstanding support to EasyMarkit’s new and existing clients.
This is a full-time position in our Chinatown, Vancouver HQ, walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and public transit. On site bicycle parking, and one zone TransLink pass or equivalent value parking are provided.
