Customer Experience Agent

We're looking for a new Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team! This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fun startup environment. You will be a part of our Customer Experience team, where you will be working with talented customer success managers and account managers to provide outstanding support to EasyMarkit’s new and existing clients.

Who You Are:

  • You have demonstrated success in customer service support
  • You are an excellent communicator – both written and verbal
  • You are independent, detail-oriented, and can work effectively under pressure
  • You love learning new technologies and are confident in your computer skills
  • You have a strong inclination to look for solutions and recommend improvements
  • You are goal-driven, focused, and a self-starter
  • You are an excellent team player and enjoy collaborating with others
