Customer Experience Agent

We're looking for a new Bilingual Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team! This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fun startup environment. You will be a part of our Customer Experience team, where you will be working with talented customer success managers and account managers to provide outstanding support to EasyMarkit’s new and existing clients.

We are looking for a coachable, curious, and talented person to help us achieve our vision of improving patient care through technology. If you have a great attitude, put people first, and strive to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Who You Are

  • You have demonstrated success in phone-based customer service support
  • You have experience with support ticketing software and are confident in your computer skills
  • You are an excellent bilingual communicator – both written and verbal French and English
  • You are independent, detail-oriented, and can work effectively under pressure
  • You have a strong inclination to look for solutions and recommend improvements
  • You are goal-driven, focused, and a self-starter
  • You are an excellent team player and enjoy collaborating with others
